Purpose of this privacy policy

This Privacy policy is an electronic  record in the form of an Electronic Contract formed and created in accordance with the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder together with  such of the  amended provisions pertaining to electronic documents/records in various statutes as amended by the Information and Technology Act 2000. This privacy policy does not require any physical, electronic or digital signature. This Privacy  policy is a legally binding document between you and Delvin Pathology Laboratory. Eligibility for using

Our platforms( Website,App or any similar) do not offer products or services sought for, or for use by minors. Since this is a contractual document if you are under 18 years of age, you are not allowed to use our platforms for availing  our products or services.

It would also include the URL from which you accessed the website, demographic information, and such other personal information.

One time password through SMS/text messages: for the purposes of enabling your payment through third-party payment gateway systems or for any other verification, we shall collect data from SMS/text messages received on your device subject to necessary device permissions for the purposes of issuing and receiving one-time passwords and other device verification to enable/verify the transaction. The purposes could also include automatically filing verification details during financial transactions, either through us or third-party services Provider, in accordance with applicable law with a sole objective to enable/verify the transaction.

General information: we may also receive more general information from you as a result of your visits to, and use of, the website. This general information does not identify you personally, and can include information such as your IP address, the length of time you spend on the website, your browsing history.
